Beautiful hotel, we loved the hospitable staff and brand-new room. Our breakfast was always good hot and exceptional.

Professional staff is the reason I would come here again. The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable location right by stores, Carowinds.

The rooms were attractive, the staff was cooperative, and they served large breakfast.

I loved the hotel, it was strategic with stable wi-fi. The room was very well decorated and the view was marvellous. Impeccable service here. Besides, I parked nearby. Venue's location was marvelous.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Charlotte, loved it. Everything seemed great, fairly clean. Don't forget to explore Arrowood district. With the help of the SUPERFRIENDLY staff, we had an awesome stay.

Great service, outstandingly helpful staff, breakfast was awesome, bed was large. I'm glad that getting Hearing Accessible room was not a problem. Large bathrooms with bathtubs. The hotel was so close to Carowinds and interstate thanks to its exceptional location. Also, I liked how exceptional the location was. Welcoming lobby.

Staff and food made the stay excellent! Perfect bed, marble bathroom and climate control, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV with cable channels in the room. Breathtaking hotel in beach area. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was pleasant. I liked a nice restaurant with a Thai menu.

Staff was impeccable, room was relaxing, takeout breakfast was above average. Pool bar was stylish and spotless. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, charming location.

Location is absolutely perfect, staff is caring! Room quiet and new-fashioned, bed perfect. Liked early check-in and late check-out.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and reasonably priced, even so had not so nice views. Liked always polite staff. We had good breakfast with a meat. Restaurant in venue was good and the pool area was clean.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

I liked the bar. Such a really awesome property - just walking distance from everything. Also, I could visit Starmount Center, it was 15 minutes' drive away. Excellent drinks in the snack in the evening...

It's characterful base for sightseeing and exploring Charlotte. Customer service was perfect for us too.

Near carowinds and all the action. In front of the airport, 6 miles. Arrowood district was worth staying in.
